Absolutely amazing service. As he fixed my computer he explained what exactly was wrong and what he was doing so that I could understand. They charge for the first hour no matter how quick they get it done and it only took him around 10-20 minutes to fix the issue but instead of just leaving it at that and leaving, he made sure he stayed for the remainder and set everything else up for me.
